All ready for “Den of Thieves 2: Panther”. The sequel to In the lair of the wolves has found the cast of actors who will join Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr. Among these there is above all Salvatore Esposito, star of Gomorrah – The series who, after the fourth season of Fargo, confirms a sought-after face overseas.

The filming of Where the Wolves 2 wrapped on July 5th. Christian Gudegast returns to direct and screenplay, for this sequel set in Europe. “Big Nick” O’Brien (Butler) is on the trail of Donnie Wilson (Jackson), a robber who escaped him in the first chapter. Donnie has gotten himself involved in the dangerous world of the Pink Panthers international jewel thieves, who plan a heist on the largest diamond market in the world. The story is supposed to be based on a true event: the Antwerp diamond heist in 2003, dubbed the heist of the century, where more than $100 million worth of jewelry was stolen.
