1) General conditions
The prices of the products displayed include VAT and may change at any time. In the event of a purchase, you will receive an e-mail message with all the instructions relating to the payment of the item. In case of non-payment from the 15th day, we will open an unpaid item procedure and the purchase will be automatically canceled.
2) Payments
Payment must be made no later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the products. Payment methods: Paypal and credit cards.
3) Shipping
Orders will be shipped in Italy with EXPRESS COURIER within 24 hours of payment. Delivery is expected within 2 days from the date of shipment, excluding items where otherwise specified and barring unforeseen events that cannot be calculated. The shipping cost for the italian islands is 5.00 Euros. For international shipments send a request via e-mail to customer@criansasrl.com
4) Returns (excluding downloadable digital products)
You can withdraw without penalty and without giving any justification, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of purchase of the goods, communicating the desire to withdraw by e-mail to customer@criansasrl.com The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The delivery costs are charged to the customer.
5) Downloadable digital products
These purchases are for personal use only, they can be downloaded only once from the date of purchase for a maximum of 30 days. These images cannot be used for commercial purposes.

⦁ You may not use these files in any promotional material.
⦁ Due to its size and color space, this image cannot be printed.
⦁ It cannot be modified, manipulated or used as part of another image.
⦁ This is not a buyout. The copyright remains with the artist.
There is no return or refund for digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds on digital products. If you have any problems with the file, please contact us.
